As the data service develops rapidly, multi services broad band metropolitan network becomes very hot in current network construction. Meantime, the constant increase of services asks for much bigger capacity of metropolitan network. Then CWDM technique becomes the first choice to solve the expansion of line bandwidth because of its multi services interfaces, low cost, low power consumption, small dimension and easy maintenance.
**To meet the market need, Optoscape develops EJ-CWDM-X series CWDM/OEO system with WDM/mode-conversion function.
** As CWDM system, EJ-CWDM-X’s max capacity is 8×2.5Gb/s, max transmitting distance is 80km, it can meet the service transmitting requirements of a majority of inner cities and cities to towns or satellite cities. EJ-CWDM supports interfaces of multi services and rates. It provides the superposition of logic network in physical layer (one fiber) for SDH, IP, video and other services, each service has no interfere with another.
**AS OEO system, EJ-CWDM-X realizes wavelength/mode conversion between 850nm MM fiber and 1310nm SM fiber, applicable to the upgrade and line trunking of SDH, ATM, Ethernet networks.
**Compact size, high integrated level. Standard 19 inch 1U height (444mmLx44mmHx250mmW), easy to installEJ-CWDM-X series include EJ-CWDM-1 and EJ-CWDM-2 used for optical wavelength/mode conversion and optical signal trunking. Besides these, EJ-CWDM-1 can also be used as CWDM equipment
